Our Projects 🎨

YANZ facilitates projects that range from Te Kāhui - our creative writing programme for rangatahi in Corrections and other underserved youth communities - to paid creative mahi opportunities, educational experiences and community internships.

Event Pathways Programme

Our Event Pathways Programme equips 6 young Pasifika interns with the confidence, networks and resources to work in the live events sector.

Te Kāhui

Te Kāhui is a creative writing programme that facilitates reflective self-expression opportunities for rangatahi in vulnerable and underserved communities across Aotearoa.

Sound of our Streets

A captivating winter youth performance festival, electrified the bustling streets of Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland with the dynamic sounds and infectious energy of talented rangatahi musicians.

Kaipātiki Sounds Branding

We worked alongside Abbey Barlow, a talented young designer from the Kaipātiki region, to create a website and brand identity for Kaipātiki Sounds that was playful, vibrant and reflective of the Kaipātiki area.

Devonport Childcare Centre Mural

We collaborated with 2 local visual artists to design a mural inspired by the local environment and te ao Māori.

Tania Dalton Foundation Gala

We were tasked by TDF to create an engaging performance to kickstart their 2021 Gala Dinner.
